Right at the beginning of his term of office, Daimler Truck Works Council Chairman Michael Brecht sets a first fragrance mark in the company that has been spun off from the Group. He wants to enforce a similarly high proportion of in-house production for CO2-free drive technologies as for the combustion engine – and is thus in line with his passenger car colleagues at Mercedes, who have already made similar demands….
