This is how you qualify for the knockout round
The eight group winners are automatically in the round of 16. In play-offs, the eight runners-up and the eight relegated teams from the UEFA Champions League determine the other eight participants in the round of 16.

Which parts are tough?
Galatasaray receives the king of draws
After the 1-1 draw against Moscow, Galatasaray coach Fatih Terim was right to complain: “If you miss so many chances, you can even lose in the end.” Against Marseille, the gala storm has to adjust its sights better, because the guests come to Istanbul undefeated after four draws, but slowly need a win to continue dreaming of the knockout round.
Celtic against Leverkusen under pressure
After two wins against Ferencváros, Celtic is back in business, with coach Ange Postecoglou praising his team’s “fantastic performance” in Budapest. The last performance by leaders Leverkusen, who shot pursuers Real Betis 4-0 out of the BayArena, was also fantastic.
And otherwise?
• Lyon, leaders in Group A, are already in the round of 16 but will do everything they can to give Karl Toko Ekambi more goals. The orienteering striker is currently top of the competition’s top scorer list with six goals.
• Sturm Graz scored his first point on matchday 4, but has little chance of second place in Group B. PSV Eindhoven, Real Sociedad and the current leaders from Monaco are fighting for the first two places.
