The last Apple WWDC keynote has just been digested when the next rumors about new hardware from Cupertino are already pending. Noisy Bloomberg New 14- and 16-inch models of the MacBook Pro with Apple M2 chip are to appear in late 2022/early 2023.

An M2 Max should work as a chip, equipped with 12 CPU cores and up to 38 GPU cores. In addition, Bloomberg also says that Apple could introduce the very first 15-inch MacBook Air in spring 2023. That could be followed by a new 12-inch notebook, which is in development and could launch late next year or early 2024. The fact that M3 chipsets are already being tinkered with sounds quite plausible, but in my opinion it is still a bit too early to hope for more details here.

Display Supply Chain Consultants CEP Ross Young also tweeted that a 14.1-inch iPad Pro with Mini-LED backlight and ProMotion display is also said to be in the works. He calls the beginning of next year the period for its release. Bloomberg adds that new versions of the 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro are said to be in development later this year, along with a larger version that will take advantage of iOS’s new multitasking capabilities 16 can fully utilize.
