Apple is apparently planning a foldable 20.5″ MacBook Pro.
Display analyst Ross Young is considered to be well connected. In one tweet he recently contradicted an iPad leak from the analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who had claimed that Apple was planning a foldable iPad for 2024. As early as February 2022, Young said that Apple was testing more foldable notebooks.

The foldable notebook will feature a full-size onscreen keyboard when folded and used with an external keyboard when unfolded, according to Young.
The dual-display design is said to differ from current MacBooks, which fold.
Wait and see if the foldable 20″ device will be positioned as an iPad, Mac or something completely new on the market. In 2024, so much seems clear, there will not be such a device.
