Apple | Bloomberg gives details of Apple’s October launch, including iPad Pro with Apple M2, new MacBook Pro and Mac mini | macbook


Mark Gurman has in his weekly “Power On” newsletter on Bloomberg Confirmed again that the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and Apple Watch Pro will be officially launched on September 7th. The newsletter also gives details of the new products to be unveiled at a launch event in October.

Accordingly, customers may purchase a successor to the current iPad Pro (approx. 825 euros on Amazon) that is said to be equipped with an Apple M2. It will be interesting to see whether the slim tablet can tame the sometimes less efficient chip, the MacBook Air it doesn’t quite work that way. The tenth generation entry-level iPad is said to get an Apple A14 Bionic and a USB-C port, according to previous rumors the tablet should also get a revised design and a slightly larger 10.5-inch display.

Apple’s planned Mac launches are a little less clear: According to Mark Gurman, Apple will likely unveil a new Mac mini, Mac Pro and MacBook Pro in October, but it’s not yet certain that all three products will actually be in this launch event will be seen. Since the 13-inch MacBook Pro has only recently received an upgrade to the Apple M2, Mark Gurman is likely to allude to a new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro with the Apple M2 Pro and M2 Max, although he only stated that in March these devices will only come onto the market next year.
