When it comes to speakers and microphones, the differences are similarly dramatic. It’s not difficult to see that the cheaper devices had to make compromises in terms of webcam quality in order to reach their respective prices. However, if you regularly take part in video conferences or video chats, you don’t necessarily have to spend a lot of money for an expensive laptop – all four notebooks can deliver a passable picture in bright, even light, so investing in appropriate lighting can be worthwhile.
