Iphone 14 | Bloomberg gives the launch date of the Apple iPhone 14, including the start of sales | apple iphone

The usually extremely well-informed editor Mark Gurman is open Bloomberg published a report that the Apple iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and Apple Watch Series 8 launch event will take place on Wednesday September 7th. While this is unusual given that Apple traditionally holds its launch events on Tuesdays, the date fits recent rumours.

According to the report, Apple store staff are expected to prepare for a major product launch on Friday, September 16, so next-generation iPhone deliveries are expected to begin in around four weeks. If Apple sticks to its usual practice, pre-orders should open exactly one week beforehand, which is Friday September 9, usually around 2:00 p.m. German time.

The product presentation of the Apple iPhone 14 should again take place exclusively as a live stream instead of as a launch event with a live audience, the production of the event should already have started. As part of this event, Apple is expected to unveil a whole range of new products. While the regular iPhone 14 hardly offers any innovations, the iPhone 14 Pro gets an always-on display, a new Apple A16 Bionic, a 48 MP main camera, longer battery life and a dual punch hole instead of the well-known notch.

The Apple Watch Series 8 is said to follow the already available Series 7 (about 400 euros on Amazon) look confusingly similar, the main new feature is a skin temperature sensor that helps to track the female cycle more accurately. The Apple Watch Pro, on the other hand, offers a larger display, a more robust titanium case, longer battery life and new fitness tracking features.
