Macrumors.com compares the results from an as yet unreleased smartphone with a new Snapdragon processor to those from Apple chips for iPhones. in the Geekbench benchmark Qualcomm’s new processor achieves 1483 points in the single-core test and 4709 points in the multi-core test. In contrast, the A16 Bionic, which is in the iPhone Pro, gets 1874 and 5372 points in the respective tests.

So the latest Apple chip wins the direct comparison in the benchmark. But while the first smartphones with the new Snapdragon processor are still appearing, you can iPhone 14 Pro Buy now with A16 Bionic. However, this is not the only chip from Apple that is said to outperform Qualcomm’s SoC in the benchmark. Even the A15 Bionic, which was already in the iPhone 13 Pro from last year was installed, surpasses the well-known benchmark results.
