Rumor has it it might iPhone 14 will be significantly more expensive than its predecessor. During about that iPhone 13 Pro Max in the USA $1,099 and in Austria 1,249 euros available, the next model could cost $100 more.
According to a forecast by LeaksApplePro increase significantly in 3 of the 4 upcoming models, reports Tomsguide. The following prices can be expected:
- iPhone 14: $799 (same price as iPhone 13)
- iPhone 14 Max: $899
- iPhone 14 Pro: $1,099 (up $100)
- iPhone 14 Pro Max: $1,199 (up $100)

The 5.4-inch iPhone 13 mini, which is selling slowly, does not seem to have a successor. Instead, there should be a new model in the range, iPhone 14 Max around $899. At 6.7 inches, this has the same display size as the iPhone 14 Pro Max, but should have the same features as the standard iPhone 14 model.
The price increase could result, among other things, from various adjustments in the line-up, but also from the general inflation rate. In general, one of the biggest design and hardware updates is expected for the new models this year.
