What technology does the creator use? In an interview with PCGamesN Kevin “Flurdeh” Hensen explains that he discovered the “Tilt Shift” technique back in 2015. This technique sharpens part of the image while blurring the rest. There are extra tilt lenses for cameras that bend the optical axis. In this way you can change recordings as shown in the video.

Hensen explains: “A real tilt lens was too expensive for me. But around the same time I became interested in virtual photography in the game, so I tried to simulate that with screenshots. They didn’t look good at first, but I’ve tried different techniques over the years. Eventually I started making videos again and when I wanted to try it again I was like, ‘Why not in video form?’”

The YouTuber shot his tiny videos with tilt shift for RDR 2, The Witcher 3, Days Gone, Cyberpunk 2077, Battlefield 1, Skyrim and many other titles.
