Despite the fact that AvtoVAZ recommends dealers to start preparing for the release of Lada Vesta FL by the end of 2021, the actual start of production of the new model will take place only in March, and sales will start only in six months.
According to the source, from March 1, the plant in Izhevsk should produce only updated cars of this family. This date is considered the date of the official planned start of production of Lada Vesta FL. Soon after, the shipment of cars to dealers will begin. The first models will be designed for presentations and test drives.
Also, the formation of inventories with different configurations and colors will begin, which can take about two months. So the new Lada Vesta FL will go on retail sale no earlier than May next year.
This information was confirmed by two federal dealers of the brand to the Vedomosti website. In addition, earlier a representative of AvtoVAZ said that Lada Vesta FL will not be released in 2021.
