Apple’s MagSafe Charger with firmware version 247.0.0.0 was used. Both smartphones ran iOS 16. The test environment: a climate box with a temperature of 25 degrees.
Thermal improvements ensure the 14 Pro Max emerges victorious. The iPhone 14 Pro Max accepted power between 16 and 19 watts significantly longer than the iPhone 13 Pro Max, specifically one hour and four minutes. Last year’s model reduced its performance after just 44 minutes. The 14 Pro Max can be brought to a battery level of 50 percent much faster in the test.
